Sr. Saly SVM is the daughter of M.C. Chacko Mutholath, Cherpunkal and Achamma Edattukunnel-chalil Uzhavoor. She was born in February 1958 in Cherpunkal Mutholath family.
She joined Visitation Congregation of the Archdiocese of Kottayam and had her first profession in religious life on December 28, 1982. Her final profession was on May 13, 1989.
Sr. Saly served at District Hospital in Switzerland for 25 years and now serves at Little Lourde Institutions of the Visitation Congregation in Kidangoor.
