Kizhakke-varikattu Chandy’s second son Chacko lived with his parents in Kizhakke-varikattu house. He sold his property to Mutholath Kuriakko and moved to Malabar. Mutholath Kuriakko lived there with his wife and son M.C. Chacko.
Kizhakke-varikattu Chacko had two sons: Chandy and James. Chandy lives with his family in Malabar. James married from Peroor and he lives in Peroor and works in a company. Chacko and his wife died in Malabar few years after their migration.
കിഴക്കേവാരികാട്ട് ചാണ്ടിയുടെ രണ്ടാമത്തെ മകൻ ചാക്കോ കിഴക്കേവാരികാട്ടു തറവാട്ടിൽ താമസിച്ചു. അദ്ദേഹത്തിനു ചാണ്ടിയെന്നും ജയിംസ് എന്നും പേരായ രണ്ട് ആൺ‌മക്കളും ഒന്നോ രണ്ടോ പെൺ‌മക്കളും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. കിഴക്കേവാരികാട്ടു ചാക്കോയ്ക്ക് സാമ്പത്തിക ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടുകൾ ഉണ്ടായതിനാൽ അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ വീതത്തിലുണ്ടായിരുന്ന കിഴക്കേവാരികാട്ടു പുരയിടം മുത്തോലത്തു കുര്യാക്കോയ്ക്കു വിറ്റ് മലബാറിലേയ്ക്കു കുടിയേറി. അവിടെ ചെന്നശേഷം അധികം വൈകാതെ ചാക്കോയും, പിന്നീടു ഭാര്യയും മരിച്ചു. ചാക്കോയുടെ മൂത്തമകൻ ചാണ്ടിയും ഭാര്യയും കുട്ടികളും മലബാറിൽ താമസം തുടരുന്നു. രണ്ടാമത്തെ മകൻ ജെയിംസ് പേരൂരുള്ള അവന്റെ ഭാര്യവീട്ടിൽ താമസിച്ച് അവിടെ അടുത്തുള്ള ഒരു കമ്പനിയിൽ ജോലിചെയ്തു ജീവിക്കുന്നു.
