Kunjamman, the elder son of Kizhakkevarikattu Kuriako was a very popular businessman and earned many plots of land. He later lived in Madathil property and became known as Madathil Kunjamman. His wife died after giving birth to their fourth son. So Kunjamman married again and he had four more sons. Besides he had three daughters from his both wives.
കിഴക്കേവാരികാട്ടു കുര്യാക്കോയുടെ മൂത്തമകനായ കുഞ്ഞമ്മൻ ബിസിനസ്സുകാരനും പ്രസിദ്ധനുമായിരുന്നു. വളരെ വസ്തുവകകൾ സമ്പാദിച്ച അദ്ദേഹം മഠത്തിൽ എന്ന പുരയിടത്തിലേയ്ക്കു മാറി താമസിച്ചു. അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ ആദ്യവിവാഹത്തിൽ നാല് ആൺമക്കളും രണ്ടാമത്തെ വിവാഹത്തിൽ നാല് ആൺമക്കളും രണ്ടു ഭാര്യമാരിൽനിന്നുമായി മൂന്നു പെൺമക്കളും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.
