Liza is the daughter of Kochoop (Joseph) Vettikkatt, Neendoor and Chinna Mutholath, Cherpunkal. She was born in Vettikkatt family at Neendoor.

Liza joined St. Joseph’s Congregation in the Diocese of Kottayam. She is serving in the medical field.
