Mary was the youngest daughter of Uppachan Mattappallil and Annakkutty Mutholath. She was born in February, 1949 in Mattappally family at Karimkunnon.
She married Simon son of Abraham from Kizhakkedasseriyil family at Kalamboor on February 15, 1971 in Parambancherry Church. Simon was born in August 1946 in Kizhakkedasseriyil at Kalamboor, and died on April 25, 1991. His burial was on the next day at Parambancherry church.
Children of Mary and Simon are Tina, Tissy, and Tijo.
